§ 402.210 Requirements and qualifications for registration.

Pursuant to § 401.210(a)(4), each applicant for an original registration at the time of application and each Applicant Trainee, Apprentice Pilot, United States Registered Pilot, and Temporary Registered Pilot is required to pass a physical examination in accordance with subpart C of 46 CFR part 10.
