The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the official legal print publication containing the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the departments and agencies of the Federal Government. (a) The agency must submit a request for renewal of a variance to the Administrator at least 30 days before the variance expires.
(b) The renewal request must contain the information required under § 456.522.
(c) The renewal request must show, to the Administrator's satisfaction, that the remote facility continues to meet the requirements of §§ 456.521 through 456.523.
