§ 401.16 Conventional pollutants.

The following comprise the list of conventional pollutants designated pursuant to section 304(a)(4) of the Act:

1. Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD)

2. Total suspended solids (nonfilterable) (TSS)

3. pH

4. Fecal coliform

5. Oil and grease
