§ 180.370 5-Ethoxy-3-(trichloromethyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole; tolerances for residues.

(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the fungicide etridiazole, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in table 1 to this paragraph (a). Compliance with the tolerance levels is to be determined by measuring only the residues of etridiazole, (5-ethoxy-3-(trichloromethyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole), and its metabolite etridiazole acid, (3-carboxy-5-ethoxy-1,2,4-thiadiazole), calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of etridiazole, in or on the commodity:
