The Rules of Practice and Procedure for national banks, Federal savings associations, and Federal branches and agencies that were in effect prior to April 1, 2024, set forth in appendix A to this part, continue to apply to adjudicatory proceedings initiated before April 1, 2024, unless the parties otherwise stipulate that the rules in this part, effective April 1, 2024, apply.
