This subchapter governs entitlement to and use of funds certified from the Presidential Election Campaign Fund under 26 U.S.C. 9001 et seq. The definitions, restrictions, liabilities and obligations imposed by this subchapter are in addition to those imposed by sections 30101-30145 of Title 52, United States Code, and regulations prescribed thereunder (11 CFR parts 100 through 300).
