Subpart A—Order Regulating Handling
§917.60 Effective time.The provisions of this part and of any amendment thereto, shall become effective at such time as the Secretary may declare above his signature and shall continue in force until terminated in one of the ways specified in §917.61.
Effective Date Note: At 76 FR 66605, Oct. 27, 2011, §917.60 was suspended indefinitely, effective Oct. 28, 2011.
