§3195.20 Who must purchase major helium requirements from Federal helium suppliers?
(a) The Department of Defense;
(b) The National Aeronautics and Space Administration;
(c) The Department of Energy;
(d) Any other Federal agency; and
(e) Federal agency contractors.
