Subpart WWWW—National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composites Production
§63.5795 How do I know if my reinforced plastic composites production facility is a new affected source or an existing affected source?(a) A reinforced plastic composites production facility is a new affected source if it meets all the criteria in paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section. (1) You commence construction of the source after August 2, 2001. (2) You commence construction, and no other reinforced plastic composites production source exists at that site. (b) For the purposes of this subpart, an existing affected source is any affected source that is not a new affected source.
