§110.50   Stonington Harbor, Conn.

(a) Area No. 1. Beginning at the southeastern tip of Wamphassuc Point; thence to the northwesterly end of Stonington Inner Breakwater; thence along the breakwater to longitude 71°5450.5; thence to latitude 41°2025.3, longitude 71°5450.5; thence to a point on the shoreline at latitude 41°2032, longitude 71°5454.8; thence along the shoreline to the point of beginning.

(b) Area No. 2. Beginning at a point on the shoreline at latitude 41°1955.8, longitude 71°5428.9; thence to latitude 41°1955.8, longitude 71°5437.1; thence to latitude 41°2001.6, longitude 71°5438.8; thence to a point on the shoreline at latitude 41°2002, longitude 71°5434.3; thence along the shoreline to the point of beginning.

(c) Area No. 3. Beginning at a point on the shoreline at latitude 41°2029.5, longitude 71°5443; thence to latitude 41°2025.6, longitude 71°5448.5; thence to latitude 41°2010.7, longitude 71°5448.5; thence to the shoreline at latitude 41°2010.7; thence along the shoreline to the point of beginning.

Note: A fixed mooring stake or pile is prohibited. The General Statutes of the State of Connecticut authorizes the Harbor Master of Stonington to station and control a vessel in the harbor.
