§1232.1   Scope.

This part establishes a consumer product safety standard for children's folding chairs and stools.

§1232.2   Requirements for children's folding chairs and stools.

Each children's folding chair and stool shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2613-19, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Children's Chairs and Stools, approved on November 1, 2019. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
