1. Subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 and not electing §60.100(e)AnyContinuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent.
2. Subject to NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102a(b)(1)(i); or in §60.102 and electing §60.100(e); electing to meet the PM per coke burn-off limita. Cyclone
b. Electrostatic precipitator
Continuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent.
Continuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent; or continuous parameter monitoring systems to measure and record the coke burn-off rate or the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device,1 the voltage, current, and secondary current to the control device.
   c. Wet scrubberContinuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the pressure drop across the scrubber,2 the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device,1 and total liquid (or scrubbing liquor) flow rate to the control device.
   d. Fabric FilterContinuous bag leak detection system to measure and record increases in relative particulate loading from each catalyst regenerator vent.
3. Subject to NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102a(b)(1)(i); or in §60.102 and electing §60.100(e); electing to meet the PM concentration limitAnyContinuous emission monitoring system to measure and record the concentration of PM and oxygen from each catalyst regenerator vent.
4. Subject to NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102a(b)(1)(ii) electing to meet the PM per coke burn-off limitAnyThe applicable continuous monitoring systems in item 2 of this table.
5. Subject to NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102a(b)(1)(ii) electing to meet the PM concentration limitAnySee item 3 of this table.
6. Option 1a: Elect NSPS subpart J, PM per coke burn-off limit, not subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 or 60.102a(b)(1)AnySee item 1 of this table.
7. Option 1b: Elect NSPS subpart Ja, PM per coke burn-off limit, not subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 or 60.102a(b)(1)AnyThe applicable continuous monitoring systems in item 2 of this table.
8. Option 1c: Elect NSPS subpart Ja, PM concentration limit not subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 or 60.102a(b)(1)AnySee item 3 of this table.

10. Option 3: Ni lb/hr limit not subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 or 60.102a(b)(1)a. CycloneContinuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent and continuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device.1
   b. Electrostatic precipitatorContinuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent and continuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device1; or continuous parameter monitoring systems to measure and record the coke burn-off rate or the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device1 and the voltage and current (to measure the total power to the system) and secondary current to the control device.
   c. Wet scrubberContinuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the pressure drop across the scrubber,2 gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device,1 and total liquid (or scrubbing liquor) flow rate to the control device.
   d. Fabric FilterContinuous bag leak detection system to measure and record increases in relative particulate loading from each catalyst regenerator vent or the monitoring systems specified in item 10.a of this table.
11. Option 4: Ni per coke burn-off limit not subject to the NSPS for PM in 40 CFR 60.102 or 60.102a(b)(1)a. CycloneContinuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent and continuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the coke burn-off rate and the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device.1
   b. Electrostatic precipitatorContinuous opacity monitoring system to measure and record the opacity of emissions from each catalyst regenerator vent and continuous parameter monitoring system to measure and record the coke burn-off rate and the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device1; or continuous parameter monitoring systems to measure and record the coke burn-off rate or the gas flow rate entering or exiting the control device1 and voltage and current (to measure the total power to the system) and secondary current to the control device.

1If applicable, you can use the alternative in §63.1573(a)(1) instead of a continuous parameter monitoring system for gas flow rate.

2If you use a jet ejector type wet scrubber or other type of wet scrubber equipped with atomizing spray nozzles, you can use the alternative in §63.1573(b) instead of a continuous parameter monitoring system for pressure drop across the scrubber.
