a. Revise paragraph (a), paragraph (b) introductory text, and paragraph (b)(9);

b. Remove and reserve paragraph (c)(7); and

c. Revise paragraph (e) introductory text and paragraphs (e)(11) and (20).

The revisions read as follows:

§192.7 What documents are incorporated by reference partly or wholly in this part?

(a) Certain material is incorporated by reference into this part with the approval of the Director of the Federal Register under 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
