6. In §192.7:
a. Revise paragraph (a), paragraph (b) introductory text, and paragraph (b)(9);
b. Remove and reserve paragraph (c)(7); and
c. Revise paragraph (e) introductory text and paragraphs (e)(11) and (20).
The revisions read as follows:
