9. In §45.8:
a. Revise the section heading and the introductory text;
b. Remove “non-SD/MSP” wherever it appears and add in its place “non-SD/MSP/DCO”; and
c. In the table below, for each paragraph indicated in the left column, remove the text indicated in the middle column from wherever it appears, and add in its place the text indicated in the right column:
