a. In paragraph (a), by removing the citation “§93.109(c) through (n)” and adding in its place the citation “§93.109(c) through (g)”; and

b. By revising paragraph (b) introductory text.

§93.118   Criteria and procedures: Motor vehicle emissions budget.
